At CartCliquee, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at infocartcliquee@gmail.com. with your order number.
Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
Return Shipping Costs
- Free returns for defective or damaged items
- For other returns, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
